Frank J. Niemiec (Deceased)
Frank J. Niemiec graduated from King's College in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania in 1968 with a BA in History. In 1973 he graduated from the University of Toledo where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law. While at the University of Toledo, he was a member of the law review.

Frank engaged in the practice of law in the Towanda area starting in 1973. From 1976 to 1979 he was the Bradford County Assistant District Attorney. He practiced law generally with a concentration in Personal Injury law, Domestic law, and Real Estate law. Frank was one of the principals of First Abstract. He was licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and was a licensed title agent with the PA Department of Insurance. Frank, along with Mark Smith, handled the managerial aspects of First Abstract.
