Frank J. Niemiec
graduated from Sacred Heart High School in Plains Pennsylvania in 1964. He
graduated from King’s College in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania in 1968 with a
BA in History. In 1973 he graduated from the University of Toledo where he
obtained a Juris Doctor degree in law. While at the University of Toledo,
he was a member of the law review. He was his class representative to the
student bar association, faculty student governing board member and a
Justice on the honor court.
Frank has engaged in the
practice of law in the Towanda area since 1973. From 1976 to 1979 he was the
Bradford County Assistant District Attorney.
He practices law generally with a concentration in Personal Injury and
Domestic law.
Frank served as the president of the Towanda Country Club, he was a member
of the board of Directors of the Northern State Bank and is currently a
member of the board of directors of the First Liberty Bank.
